Something jumped out at me when I saw this piece in Galleycat about Danielle Steele’s latest (Sisters) being excerpted in Seventeen Magazine. The purple skirt, maybe? Because I’ve seen the cover of the Plain Janes a couple of times.
Looks like 4 chicks, 8 legs and a purple skirt are joining the ranks of dinosuars, shoes, preppy accessories, spirals and hats as a book cover meme.
Even the legs on Cecil’s characters are better.
